Calgo Call Center is an all-inclusive telemarketing, public opinion poll, and customer service system. By its help it is possible to manage complicated telephone, sms, fax, and email campaigns. The software was developed in 2004 to meet the requirements of Hungarian Telecom and has been running in several call centers since then. We are entitled to say that the software has all the functions that a call center in 2008 should have.
