Technical parameters

Call center: Calgo is using the telephone exchange Asterix and all the attributes and services of Asterix are available in Calgo. These are of course configured at the installation, even if you have special needs. For more information please ask for our guide.

Predictive dialing: This is a server application running constantly and being in charge of getting numbers from the database and then calling them. It makes log entries about the abandoned calls and switches answered calls to a waiting operator. This part of the system is transparent for the users, that’s why we won’t introduce it in detail.

Calgo client: The client is in charge of visualizing the user interface used by the operators. The operator manages the questionnaire or the sales script through this interface. It is easy to configure, doesn’t require deeper computer knowledge. There are no limitations on the number of the database fields taken in or shown on the interface. The limitation on the length of the script taken in isn’t set by the software, but by common sense and the patience of the clients. The software is set up to be easy to vary, that’s why it is eligible to manage any tricky telesales campaigns.

Interface planner: The client software comes with an interface planner and by its help client side interfaces can easily be made. It takes only a few hours to learn how to use the planner, even if you don’t have a strong computer background. However more complicated questionnaires can also be produced, because the system supports leaps with different conditions and different types of inquiry opportunities. If you would like to produce more complicated questionnaires you can rely on our engineers to help.

Monitoring interface: By the help of this interface the operators’ work is traceable, the interface shows always the current information. It is possible to listen into any conversation. You can configure here, how many new clients should be called by the predictive dialing depending on the number of the free operators. Besides, the supervisor can send messages to everyone from here.

Statistics: The statistics interface is a web-based application, which also works with an up-to-date database and that’s why it always shows the current state. To use this interface you only have to have a web browser, so all the data (e.g. sound files recorded) is available from anywhere and the database is searchable in many ways.This module contains a quality control interface, in which the operators’ activity can be observed and their conversations can be controlled.
